The first time I saw the CA logo, I was still in college, wide-eyed, hungry, and clueless about what the life of chartered accountants actually looked like. I remember flipping through ICAI brochures, staring at that eagle, the motto, and something inside me just said, This is where I belong. I didn’t fully understand it then. But I do now.

Fast forward a few years, countless study marathons, multiple breakdowns, and one sweet result day later, I officially became one of the 3 lakh+ chartered accountants in India. And somewhere between putting “CA” before my name and preparing for my first audit client, the profession became a part of who I am.

So when ICAI introduced the new CA logo, I felt it.

Here’s the beautiful part. The new CA logo hasn’t erased our past. It has simply updated our reflection. The traditional eagle still exists as the official emblem of ICAI. But the CA logo we now use on most platforms shows the world that we’re not stuck in 1949 - we’re in 2025, and we’re ready.

We, the chartered accountants of India, aren’t just number-crunchers anymore. We’re strategists, storytellers, system designers, and sanity checkers for businesses. The new CA logo captures that shift.

And honestly? I love that.
