1. Make it a point (from now onwards), you will do proper research before joining any firm in future and will also guide your juniors for the same.
2. Your future course of action can be as follows:

• Take transfer.
• Work on secondment.
• Prepare for industrial training
• Keep working in the same firm and learn new things by yourself.

All the options have to be evaluated in detail, depending upon the circumstances.
